We may ask you to provide a scanned sew-out, which is required by our accounts department to issue requested refund and to show our digitizers. Most formats are provided: 100, cnd, dsb, dst, dsz, emb, exp, jef, ksm, pes, pof, tap, xxx, ai, eps, cdr, pdf, and others.

Unless otherwise instructed by you, we send you digitized formats in dst only. Please let us know if you have any other specific requirements, for example, emb, pxf, ofm, and so on.

Quick turnaround: Please send us your logos/designs with the instructions you may have, and you will receive a price quote from us within four to six hours with a digital sew out. (If you need a rush price quote, you may ask for it over the phone). You can place your orders through our secure website, www.moondigitizing.com, or you can e-mail your artworks for embroidery digitizing/vector art/patches over to support@moondigitizing.com.

You can receive your digitized files within eight to twelve hours along with a PDF image and a photo of your sew out that you can view on your own computer. Rush jobs are taken care of in four hours without any additional charges.

Easy registration: New customers can easily register using the “Registration” button. If you are already a registered customer, then you can place your orders by logging in to your account.

Easy communication: We believe in providing quick and affordable services to our customers. You are more than welcome to contact us over the phone or through e-mail, and we will make sure that all your questions/queries would be taken care of in a timely manner.

Quick revisions: If you need a size change, some color adjustments, or text modifications, or you need an artwork to be revised, we are here for you at Moon Digitizing to get your jobs done! We do not charge for small edits, and if you are not satisfied with our digitized logo, we guarantee a full refund. Any existing embroidery files can be edited or be digitized entirely. If you have a logo that has problems like thread breaks, registration out of the design, puckering, and others, we can fix it for you. If you send us a logo to be edited, we would let you know if it is better to edit the logo or if t is better to re-digitize the entire logo. We have to see the actual artwork to know for sure. With our digitizing experience, you can be assured of getting only the highest-quality embroidery digitizing and vector files.

Vector art: We convert images into vector files for your screen printing needs. In addition, we can clean up your existing artworks, design logos, business cards, flyers, and so on. Our expert graphic designers are here for all of your logo designing needs.
